Hate it or love it, Chopped is one of the best reality-tv cooking shows on the Kitchen Network. It pits 4 contestants against each other and challenges them with making tasty dishes consisting of predetermined ingredients. Each round someone is Chopped - who will it be? Let's get drunk while we find out!
Drink every time:
- Someone says "Chopped"
- Someone says "behind you"
- Someone says "love" is one of their ingredients
- The Spoon Push technique is used
- Ted uses a bad metaphor for being Chopped
- A contestent mentions a lack culinary education
- Truffle oil is used
- For each contestant that uses ricotta in their desert
Drink 2x when:
- Alcohol is one of the basket ingredients OR alcohol is used from the pantry
- Someone starts a fire
- A contestant relies on the oven in hopes to finish their food under the time deadline
- Contestants know each other
- Someone forgets to use one of their basket ingredients in their dish (take a shot if they DON'T get Chopped)
- A judge complains about an indeible garnish
- A contestant can't figure out how to use a kitchen appliance
Take a shot when:
- The judges wont eat a dish out of concern over food safety
- A constestant cuts themself
Waterfall when:
- A blender is being used to make a puree
