War Dogs probably falls short of Lord of War as a movie about an arms race, but still has its moments (and Ana de Armas being in the movie definitely doesn't hurt), but watching Jonah Hill attempt to swap roles with Leonardo Dicaprio from The Wolf of Wall Street just doesn't work.
