Setup

Clear off a flat surface such as a table to be used for the playing area.

Rules

The object of the game is to spin the cup from it's side in such a way such that it stops standing up. Start with the cup laying on its side, lay your hand on the cup, and spin it to try and get it to stand up and stop spinning. After each spin, the cup is passed to the left.

• If the spinner gets the cup to stand up and stop spinning (known as a "Ivener") everybody else around the table drinks
• If an individual gets three Iveners in a row, everybody else finishes their beer
• If three neighbors on the table get three successive Iveners, everybody else finishes their beer
• If the spinner spins the cup and it stops spinning and it is not upright no one drinks
• If the spinner spins the cup and the cup falls off the table, the spinner drinks
• If the spinner spins the cup and it lands upside down (also known as the Prosser), the spinner must chug for 5 seconds
• If an individual acquires three total Prossers, they are eliminated

Everytime one person is eliminated, everybody else's Prossers reset to zero. Players may create a wall with their empty beers to prevent the cup from falling off.

Drinking a lot when required to drink is encouraged so you don't have as much to finish in case of successive Iveners or unfortunate Prossers. To make the game simple, always Ivener, never Prosser.
