You read correctly - Mario Kart 64 is now going to be your new favorite drinking game! Bust out the old N64, plug in 4 controllers, and fire up Mario Kart. Drinking and childhood memories always makes for good times!

Setup

Setup is simple: Fire up Mario Kart in your N64 console, pick your characters and your favorite map, and get your beer ready for chugging.

Rules

Drunk Driving is a great Nintendo 64 drinking game, that doesn't involve any real world drunk driving (we would never do that), rather, we use one of our favorite past times to fast track us on our way towards getting drunk. The game is simple, everyone must drink the predetermined amount of alcohol before the race ends, and you aren't allowed to accelerate while drinking. To make things more fun, try implementing a rule that you can't drink your entire beer prior to completing the first lap, to prevent people from chugging as soon as the green light goes off.

There's obviously opportunities to spice this Mario Kart drinking game up with your own rules as well, such as drinking whenever you get hit by a shell, or chugging during lightning. Also, if there's spectators, have them wager drinks on who will win each race! P.S. these rules can also obviously translate over to Battle game modes as well.
