Levels is a drinking game similar to quarters and slap cup with heavy alcohol consumption, where players race to bounce a coin into their shot glasses.

Arrange everyone around a large table. Each person has their solo cup filled with one beer directly in front of them and as close to touching the pitcher. The pitcher is in the very center and all cups surround it. Can do multiple pitchers and multiple tables for larger groups.
The easiest visual would be to think of a clock, pitcher is in the middle with players' cups as the numbers on the clock in a circle around the pitcher
The rules to the Level drinking game closely resemble a hybrid of quarters and slap cup. To start the game, players on opposite sides will start with a quarter and a shot glass, with the shot glass placed against their cup. They will start at the same time, attempting to make the quarter into the shot glass by bouncing it on the table. If a player makes it into their shot glass on the very first try, they can give the shot glass and quarter to any player on the table including players to the left and right of the person with the other shot glass. If a player makes it into their shot glass on the second try or beyond, they pass it to the person on their left.
The key to the game is to "finger" another player's shot glass while they're still trying to make their quarter into their shot glass. This happens only when two players have shot glasses and they are next to each other, while the player on the left is trying to make it, player to the right does make it into his/her glass and then fingers the player to their left who hasn't made it yet.
Once a player's shot glass has been fingered, they get a chance for rebuttal. For a rebuttal, they'll turn one shot glass upside down and put the other shot glass right side up on top of it. While both glasses are up against the solo cup, the player can bounce their quarter trying to make it into the top shot glass. If they do, everyone drinks half their cup and that player remains in the game. If they miss, they are eliminated and must drink their beer.
If at any point a player bounces their quarter into the solo cup or pitcher, they must drink their cup to "get the quarter back." If they do not get the quarter back before the person to their right makes his/her shot glass, they will go into the rebuttal chance - potentially now having drank an entire beer and could be looking at their second one due to elimination. If they "get their quarter back" and make their glass before the person to the right "fingers" them, the game continues on and they must refill their beer.
If a player makes the pitcher, they must drink the pitcher/do shots/drink all other players beer/or whatever punishment the house decides!
