Summary

Flip cup is a classic drinking game where two teams race to successfully drink and flip (upside down) their solo cups in a one-by-one fashion the fastest.

Equipment

• 1 plastic cup per person
• ~half a beer per person per game

Setup

Players are divided into two teams, and line up down a table lengthwise with their teammates. Each player fills their up with a drink (half a beer per game is suggested).

Rules

Once in position, each player matches up with a person from the opposing team from across the table, to ensure there is an equal number of people. One pair is then chosen to begin the game, in the down-up-down (cheers your cups followed by touching the table) fashion to ensure no one gets a head start.

The goal is for each player to chug their drink and then flip their empty solo cup using the edge of the table and their finger so that it lands upside down. Once a cup is successfully flipped, the next player on that team (to their left) chugs & flips, until one team finishes.
