The Arm Wrestling Drinking Game is a quick and easy way to get drunk while also figuring out who the strongest/manliest person in the room is.
Arm Wresting is a one versus one game, so elect two people to compete first, pour up a shot of liquor, and have a third person prepared to count down the start of the match.
Arm Wresting is one of those rare instances of what probably began as a drinking game having eventually evolved into a sober sport. What was once a quick way of settling arguments at bars or a simple method of determining who the manliest man in the room was has evolved into a globally recognized sport, full of people willing to do steroids in order to overdevelop one half of their body. In our case, we'll use the competitive aspect of Arm Wrestling to determine a winner and loser each round, and assign drinks based on the outcome.
You and your opponent sit opposite each other, divided by a flat surface such as a table. Both players place one arm on the flat surface, with their elbows bent and touching the surface. Then, they grip each other's hand and have a third person countdown to begin the competition. Whoever manages to pin the other's hand to the surface, with their hand above the opponent's and without their elbows ever being lifted from the surface wins.
The winner drinks a half shot of their choosing and assigns the loser a full shot of liquor that they choose for them. If you're man enough to play Drunk Arm Wrestling, you must also be willing to accept defeat by drinking whatever shot is chosen for you!
